Chris Deering

Managing Director

Chris is the founder and Managing Director of Powerhouse Group. Since its inception over 18 years ago, Chris has successfully developed Powerhouse Group into a dynamic, customer focussed organisation that is committed to growing its ever-increasing base of satisfied and loyal clients. Chris remains the driving force behind Powerhouse Group, leading a close-knit and committed team that shares his vision and values. Chris is very hands-on and customer driven, maintaining a close working relationship on client projects.

Mark

Mark Lockwood

Sales Director

Mark has been with the company for seven years and has extensive senior management experience both in Australia and Asia Pacific prior to joining Powerhouse Group. As Sales Director, Mark uses his sound principles and wealth of client-focussed expertise to ensure that each of our clients is satisfied with the results we deliver on every project, helping to build long-term relationships. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Science degree, enabling him to bring a technical dimension to projects in which he is involved.

Shane

Shane Deering

Project Director

With over 25 years experience in the corporate sector, Shane has ultimate responsibility for project delivery services across the organisation. As Project Director, Shane brings a wealth of experience in the management of people, systems and business processes to deliver positive outcomes. Shane has formal qualifications in electronics, management and quality systems, having directed major and large scale projects in the IT, commercial and retail sectors, as well as managing companies, resources and process with specific emphasis on BPR, quality systems (AS 9000) and best practice.

Tim

Tim Mesic

Creative Director

As Creative Director, Tim leads a senior team of designers and CAD staff, and oversees all aspects of the creative process. He will evaluate your Company's requirements on every level, resulting in a solution that effectively increases your organisations productivity, staff interaction and communication, and assists you to provide better service to your clients. His ability to think laterally during schematic design phases of a project to resolve complex design criteria results in homogeneous design concepts that reflect the communication structure required within your Company to enhance productivity and departmental work flows whilst providing a built and social environment where your employees feel stimulated, motivated and comfortable.

Adam

Adam Cork

Financial Controller

As Financial Controller of Powerhouse Group since September 2003, and a qualified accountant, Adam has over 15 years experience in service based companies, ranging from SME’s to large corporations, with extensive experience in the building and construction industry. Adam is responsible for the accounting, financial management and compliance areas of the business including cost control, cost reporting, corporate governance, risk management and business planning. Currently studying his MBA, Adam contributes key strategic leadership to the group, as well as sound business practices utilising our integrated ERP, estimating and project management systems, reinforcing the solid financial position of the company.

Frank

Frank Roemer

Construction Manager

With over 27 years combined experience in the Australian and South-East Asian region Frank has spent 11 years in the design and construction industry with 6 of those as a key member of the Powerhouse Group team. Applying experienced gained from his background in manufacturing, sales and project management, Frank brings to his role both a vast knowledge of the industry and a holistic approach to the execution of all Powerhouse Group projects, ensuring a seamless construction process from commencement to completion.
