Building Appraisal and Due Diligence
Prior to committing to new premises it is imperative that a thorough assessment be made of the adequacy of the building options which present themselves. This includes Air-conditioning, Energy Efficiency, Lift Performance, Technology Backbone, and Power at the very minimum. Knowledge of these aspects at the design and planning stage saves time and avoids the need to make cost changes later in the project.
Program and Cost Management
The success or failure of any project often comes down to forward planning. Powerhouse Group establishes a clearly defined Project Timeline very early on in the project and ensures key milestones are met to keep the project on the critical path. We also put comprehensive cost controls in place so that the project is delivered within the approved budget and that any requested changes are managed closely, with variation costs being approved by client before instructions are issued.
Pre-lease Building Appraisal
Utilising your needs as defined in the Test Fit Brief, Powerhouse Group is in a position to assess each property against a set of clearly defined design criteria.
