Powerhouse Group were initially engaged by eBET Group to design and construct their relocation within a timeframe shortened by the impending redevelopment of existing premises. Powerhouse Group assisted eBET with the selection of an AMP Capital owned office and warehouse requiring refurbishment prior to commencement of eBET’s fitout and  occupation.

Delays by both parties’ legal teams were overcome when we  initiated an integrated refurbishment, design and construction programme. This allowed both parties to achieve their drop-dead timeframe.

Engaged by both eBet and AMPC, we delivered both the refurbishment for AMPC and the design and construct of the fitout for eBET without delaying their relocation date and subsequent buyout by TAB Corp. Powerhouse Group’s all-inclusive, in-house capabilities provided a unique end-to-end
solution for AMPC as landlord and eBET as the tenant.
